SITE Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments (Phase 2 ESAs) are completely responsive to the Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) identified in Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (Phase 1 ESAs) and known conditions that potentially could have resulted in environmental impact to the property.

SITE tailors Phase 2 ESAs to thoroughly and cost effectively meet the specific requirements of the site in accordance wtih ASTM E1903, Standard Guide for Environmental Site Assessments:  Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process.

The Phase 2 ESA may involve some or all of the following:

  • Drilling and Soil Sampling
